The Tennessee Multi-Sector General Permit (TMSP) expires on May 14, 2014. TMSP coverage is administratively extended beyond this expiration date, per Section 7.2 of the permit, until a new permit is issued. After the new TMSP permit is issued, a partially completed Notice of Intent will be sent to the permittee for correcting, signing, dating and submitting for renewing TMSP coverage. Contact GEOS Environmental (email@example.com) if you have any questions regarding stormwater permitting requirements in Tennessee.
