On February 27, 2014, Washington Ecology released WQWebSubmittals. This new application will accept most water quality permit required submittals electronically into Ecology’s secure online service. Submittals include many types of documents, examples are: Annual Report; Wasteload Assessment; Outfall Evaluation; etc. If a submittal is required in your permit you can upload and sign it through this new application. If you are covered under a general permit you will be required to reapply for coverage using an electronic Notice of Intent which is or will also be located in the Portal. Individual permit holders will at first not be able to upload permit renewal applications but this will be a feature in the future. For questions contact [email protected]. Phone: 1-800-633-6193 (option 3).
