The Georgia EPD General Industrial Stormwater Discharge Permit has been reauthorized, and becomes effective on June 1, 2017. More information is located at http://epd.georgia.gov/npdes-industrial-storm-water-general-permits. Georgia EPD will begin accepting Notices of Intent and No Exposure Exclusion forms with permit reissuance on June 1, 2017. It is noted that Georgia EPD is moving to online form submittal (no paper copies accepted) for renewal of coverage. The Illinois EPA General Industrial Stormwater Discharge Permit, which expired on April 30, 2014, was reauthorized on April 5, 2017. New applicants should submit a Notice of Intent to the Illinois EPA, and existing permittees should update their Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans. The reauthorized General Permit (Storm Water Industrial Activity Permit ILR00) can be downloaded here: http://www.epa.illinois.gov/topics/forms/water-permits/storm-water/industrial/index.
