The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) has reauthorized its Basic Industrial Stormwater General Permit. The permit became effective on February  1, 2018. The Iowa Department of Natural Resources has reauthorized three NPDES General Permits. All become effective on March 1, 2018.
